The Membership Ministry Staff assist the Membership Ministry Coordinator with the process of welcoming and assisting individuals who are interested in becoming members of the church.

Staff members may participate in interviews with prospective members, help answer questions about the church, its ministries, beliefs, and Statement of Faith, and assist in helping prospective members understand the membership process.

The Membership Ministry Staff work with the Membership Ministry Coordinator and volunteers to help ensure that prospective members are welcomed, informed, and properly assisted throughout the membership process.

The Membership Ministry Staff serve under the authority of the elders and must be members of the congregation.
