Calendar Ministry Volunteer

The Calendar Ministry Volunteer assists the Calendar Ministry Coordinator and Calendar Ministry Staff with maintaining and updating the church calendar and preparing related materials.

Volunteers may assist with gathering event information, updating calendar entries, decorating the calendar background, preparing bulletin inserts for special events, and preparing informational materials for the church information table.

The Calendar Ministry Volunteer works with the Calendar Ministry Coordinator and Calendar Ministry Staff to help ensure that calendar information and related materials are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.

The Calendar Ministry Volunteer serves under the authority of the elders.
