The Calendar Ministry Coordinator helps ensure that the church calendar is accurate, up to date, and includes all important church events, activities, and dates.

The Calendar Ministry Coordinator works with the appropriate ministry leaders to gather and update information for the church calendar. When able, the Coordinator may also help decorate and update the calendar background to make it visually appealing and appropriate for the church.

The Calendar Ministry Coordinator may also prepare bulletin inserts for special events and activities, as well as informational materials for the church information table.

The Calendar Ministry Coordinator works with staff and volunteers to help ensure that calendar information and related materials are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.

The Calendar Ministry Coordinator serves under the authority of the elders and must be a member of the congregation.
